Hello Gracie, I want to thank you soo much for this beautiful playgym that was costum build with the hands of your kind folks. Charlotte my ( pineapple green cheek conure) enjoys this perch so much because the groves in this pvc material acts like real wood and parrots really enjoy them. I use the playgym every where in my house either if it's watching my favorite TV show "Cake Boss" on TLC or eating dinner and adding a few treats in the bowl, the bonding experience with the family and guess makes the process easier and gets your parrot use to people and learning that the playgym is a safe and fun area to be in. In addition, I also have one of Gracie's cage perches and my little Charlotte loves it, it's on the cage door and next to her veggie/fruit bowl that I place right next to the bowl. I truly love Gracie's perches and playgym and they are 100% safe, and I trust them. No more cleaning and scrubing wood perches for your parrots, with a simple wash and scrub with some white vinegar or hot water and soap the poop comes right off and the perch looks the same no matter what. When people come over my house, the playgym is a real eye catcher as people study the wood grain texture it amazes them.
